Overview
Under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the HSE Approved Code of Practice (ACOP L8), duty holders must identify and assess the risk of exposure to Legionella bacteria from water systems. Our competent water hygiene assessors conduct comprehensive surveys of hot and cold water services, sentinel temperature testing, cold water storage tank physical inspections, calorifier audits, dead-leg identification, and UKAS laboratory sampling.
